The subject matter of the contract<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These General Terms and Conditions govern the ordering and provision of the following services (hereinafter: \u201eServices\u201d):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exhibition and sale of works of fine art\u2013 <strong>To showcase my own paintings and drawings, and to offer them for sale to those who are interested.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The sale of the artwork is finalised once the full purchase price has been paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-3-megrendeles-folyamata\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Ordering process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer views the available artworks on the website and indicates their intention to purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The details of the purchase (work, payment, handover\/delivery) are agreed. Once the order has been placed, the Service Provider issues an invoice, which is sent to the User by email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The full purchase price must be paid before the artwork is handed over.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once payment has been made, the artwork can be collected in person or will be handed over or delivered as agreed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-4-a-szolgaltatasok-reszletes-leirasa-es-teljesitesi-feltetelei\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Detailed description of the Services and the terms and conditions of their provision<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-4-1-kepzomuveszeti-alkotasok-bemutatasa-es-ertekesitese\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>4.1. Exhibition and sale of works of fine art<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Description:<\/strong> The Service Provider exhibits and sells works of art produced in-house, in particular paintings and drawings. Information about the works and their prices is displayed on the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deadline:<\/strong> The delivery date depends on the availability of the artwork in question and on consultation with the buyer. The artwork will be handed over once the full purchase price has been received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Method of fulfilment:<\/strong> Collection in person or delivery by arrangement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-5-fizetesi-feltetelek\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Terms of payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Method of payment: The customer shall pay the purchase price using the payment method specified by the Service Provider, subject to prior agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment deadline: The payment deadline shall be determined by mutual agreement between the Customer and the Service Provider. The work shall be handed over or dispatched once the full purchase price has been paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invoicing: The Service Provider shall issue an invoice to the Customer in accordance with the applicable tax and accounting legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-6-elallas-felmondas\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Withdrawal, termination<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5 id=\"h-6-1-keszleten-levo-mar-elkeszult-alkotasok-vasarlasaa-felhasznalo-a-dijbekero-kiegyenlitese-elott-barmikor-indoklas-nelkul-lemondhatja-a-megrendelest\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.1 Purchase of finished works in stock: The User may cancel the order at any time, without giving a reason, before settling the invoice.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When purchasing finished works displayed on the website, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal to which consumers are entitled in accordance with the statutory provisions in force at the time. The relevant regulations shall govern the conditions and time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 id=\"h-6-2-egyedi-megrendeles-alapjan-keszulo-alkotasok\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.2. Works produced to individual order<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider offers the opportunity to commission works of fine art tailored to individual requirements. In the case of a bespoke order, the Customer and the Service Provider shall agree in advance, in particular, on the subject matter, size, technique, purchase price, completion deadline and other relevant terms and conditions of the artwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 id=\"h-6-3-az-egyedi-alkotas-elkeszitesenek-megkezdese\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.3. Commencing work on the original artwork<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider shall commence work on the bespoke creation following the acceptance of the order details and the agreement between the parties. The Customer acknowledges that the production of the bespoke creation requires personalised work, as well as an investment of time and materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 id=\"h-6-4-egyedi-megrendeles-visszavonasa\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.4. Cancellation of a bespoke order<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Should the Customer wish to cancel the order whilst the bespoke item is being produced, the parties shall settle any matters relating to the work carried out to date and any costs that may have been incurred, in accordance with the circumstances of the order in question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 id=\"h-6-5-a-vasarlo-tudomasul-veszi-hogy-az-egyedi-megrendelesek-eseten-a-konkret-felteteleket-a-szolgaltato-es-a-vasarlo-elozetesen-irasban-vagy-elektronikus-uton-peldaul-e-mailben-rogzitik\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.5. The Customer acknowledges that, in the case of bespoke orders, the specific terms and conditions shall be agreed in advance between the Service Provider and the Customer, either in writing or electronically (for example, by email).<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-7-felelosseg\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Service Provider shall produce and sell the works in accordance with the terms agreed with the Customer and in compliance with the legislation in force.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delays or misunderstandings arising from incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete data or information provided by the Customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delays or obstacles arising from unforeseeable and unavoidable events (force majeure) which are beyond its control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Customer is obliged to provide, in a timely and accurate manner, the data and information necessary for the creation or sale of the work. 7. Liability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-8-panaszkezeles\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Complaints handling<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Customer may submit any complaints regarding the sale of the works, bespoke orders or fulfilment in writing to the Service Provider at the email address provided for this purpose: zsovarita@gmail.com.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Service Provider shall investigate the complaint and, in accordance with the relevant legislation, shall inform the Customer in writing of the outcome of the investigation within a reasonable period following receipt of the complaint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Service Provider endeavours to resolve any issues that arise amicably, in cooperation with the Customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-9-adatkezeles\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Data processing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the course of data processing, the Service Provider acts in accordance with the data protection legislation in force at any given time and the provisions set out in the Privacy Notice available on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-10-zaro-rendelkezesek\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Final provisions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These General Terms and Conditions shall remain in force for an indefinite period and shall come into effect upon their publication on the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions, which shall come into force upon publication on the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In matters not covered by these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the legislation on electronic commerce shall
